1. Health and Physical Activity Disclaimer

The content of this teacher training is explicitly for educational and informational purposes. It is not intended as a substitute for the advice of a medical doctor or other healthcare professional and should not be relied upon to diagnose or treat a health problem. Any questions regarding a new physical practice should be discussed prior to beginning with your physician. Consider your individual limitations in exercise practices and consult a licensed health care professional regarding all diseases or injuries you may experience.

 

2. Refund Policy

Upon registering for the training, the applicant must pay the full tuition to hold their place in the program unless alternate arrangements have been approved.

 

Tuition fees are non-refundable. If a student must withdraw from the program for extenuating circumstances, the program may give a partial refund to the student in the exercise of its discretion.

The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts. The program reserves the right to cancel or modify training dates of any training before it begins. In the case of cancellation, any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full. In the case of a modification of dates, applicants will have the option of a full refund or to apply tuition to the modified dates.
